Assignments for international companies
Since the company was established in 1993, we have undertaken
assignments for a wide range of international companies. From small, fledgling
companies with a handful of employees to major companies with a workforce of
thousands.

of our ability to switch between very different sectors, businesses and types
of project.
Partnership structure
From the outset, it has been the company’s objective to create
a new type of management company, characterized by effectiveness and
commitment. This has been achieved through a partnership structure and by
making maximum use of new technology.
Starting from this formula, we have built up an effective organization. SAM’s
managers and consultants operate from their home addresses with each having to
earn his or her own salary. This makes for a high level of effectiveness and
extremely low fixed costs, a benefit that we pass on to our customers.
In addition, this form of organization gives us a very high level of
flexibility. We do not labour under a heavy organizational structure, and we
are ready at any time to respond quickly to opportunities as they arise.
